š” HCB has a Discord bot. Connect it to your server to check your balance, see recent transactions, and get a message whenever your team spends money. Link your own account too, to file reimbursements and find transactions missing receipts, all from Discord.
What the bot can do
Once it's connected, the bot can:
Post a message in your Discord channel whenever your organization spends money, with buttons to view the transaction or attach a receipt right there.
/balance: show your organization's current balance.
/transactions: show your most recent transactions.
/reimburse: start a reimbursement report.
/missing-receipts: list your transactions that still need a receipt.
Connect it to your organization
You need to be a manager, and you need the Manage Server permission in Discord.
Add the HCB bot to your Discord server.
In HCB, open Settings, then Integrations, and connect your server and the channel where you want notifications.
Each organization connects to one server and one channel. The /balance and /transactions commands work once your server is connected.
Link your own account
To use /reimburse and /missing-receipts, link your personal Discord account from your account integration settings, or run /link in Discord and confirm. Anyone can link their own account.
Unlinking
You can disconnect at any time from the same settings page, your account integrations for your personal link, or your organization's Integrations tab for the server link.
