How to send a transfer
On your organization's dashboard, open the Transfers tab.
Click Send and choose the transfer type, or use Help me decide.
Enter the recipient's details and the amount.
Every transfer is reviewed by the HCB team, usually by the next business day. Banks are closed on weekends and holidays, so transfers submitted then are reviewed once banks reopen.
Receipts are required
You must upload a receipt or invoice for money leaving your account, so keep documentation for what you spend. The only thing that doesn't need a receipt is the fiscal sponsorship fee.
