š” You can attach a receipt to a transaction in three ways: upload it on the transaction, reply to the purchase email with it, or text it in.
Upload it on the transaction
On your organization's dashboard, open the transaction.
Drag and drop the receipt, or click to upload it.
Reply to the purchase email
Every card purchase sends you a confirmation email. Reply to it with the receipt attached, and HCB matches it to the transaction for you.
Text it in
Turn on SMS in your account settings, and you'll get a text after each purchase. Reply with a photo of the receipt to attach it.
Accepted formats
A receipt can be a photo, a screenshot, or a PDF. An emailed order confirmation works too, as long as it meets the receipt requirements.
