š” HCB doesn't handle physical cash directly. You can't withdraw cash from an HCB card, and the best way to get cash into your organization is to deposit it into a personal bank account and then donate it online.
Withdrawing cash
HCB cards can't be used for cash or ATM withdrawals, those are declined. To pay a person or vendor, use a transfer from the Transfers tab instead.
Depositing cash
HCB can't accept a physical cash deposit. If you've collected cash, for example at an event, the easiest way to get it into your organization is:
Have someone deposit the cash into their own bank account.
Then have them donate that amount to your organization through your donation page.
The donation lands in your HCB balance and is tracked properly for your records.
