Why did my card get locked?
Your card may get locked if you don’t upload a receipt within 7 days after a transaction settles. If the transaction is still pending, the 7-day deadline hasn't started yet. While it’s locked, transactions get declined at checkout. We will notify you before that happens.
How do I unlock my card? Is there any trouble?
Uploading the missing receipt(s) will unlock your card instantly. It’s not a punishment- just a reminder to upload receipts on time.
How do I prevent this from happening in the future?
Upload receipts within 7 days of each transaction settling. As long as you upload receipts on time, your card will continue working normally.
