How to send one
On your organization's dashboard, open the Transfers tab.
Click Send and choose the option to transfer to another HCB organization.
Pick the destination organization and enter the amount.
The funds move instantly, and the 7% fee is waived.
You need to be in both organizations
To send an HCB-to-HCB transfer yourself, you have to be a member of both the sending and the receiving organization. If you're not in both, email [email protected] and the team can process the transfer for you.
ā ļø Don't use your HCB card to "donate" to the other organization's donation page. It works, but the receiving organization would then be charged the 7% fiscal sponsorship fee on that donation. An HCB-to-HCB transfer avoids the fee entirely, so use that instead.
