Your receipt bin
The receipt bin lives in your HCB inbox. It holds any receipts you've added that aren't attached to a transaction yet, so you can collect them as you go and sort them later.
Getting receipts into the bin
Upload them in your inbox. You can add several at once.
Email or forward receipts to your personal inbox email address. Find it, or set one up, under Send in via email on your inbox.
Text a photo to the receipts number shown on your inbox.
How matching works
When a receipt comes in, HCB compares it to your transactions that still need one, looking at the amount, date, card, and merchant. If it finds a likely match, it shows you a suggestion. Just Accept to attach it, Accept with memo to also name the transaction, or Ignore if it isn't right.
Matching them yourself
You can also attach a receipt from the bin to any transaction directly: on the transaction, choose to select from your receipt bin, and HCB lists your receipts with the closest matches first.
