Donation receipts
When a donation goes through, HCB automatically emails the donor a receipt. It includes the amount, the date, your organization's name, Hack Club's EIN (81-2908499), and the tax-deductibility language donors need. You can set the reply-to email for these receipts in Settings, then Donations.
Refunds
To request a refund for a donor, email [email protected] with the details. Under certain circumstances, the HCB team can issue refunds for donations.
