To send an ACH transfer, collect the recipient's:
Full name
Email
Bank name
Routing number
Account number
How to send one
On your organization's dashboard, open the Transfers tab.
Click Send and choose ACH.
Enter the recipient's details and the amount.
ACH transfers can only go to US bank accounts.
How fast does it arrive?
Once the HCB team reviews and approves your transfer, ACH payments use same-day processing, so they can land the same business day if approved early enough. To be safe, allow one to two business days. Transfers are only reviewed on business days, since banks are closed on weekends and holidays.
