The fiscal sponsorship agreement is the legal foundation of your HCB organization. It outlines how Hack Club approaches fiscal sponsorship, our fee structure, and other legal measures.
To receive the fiscal sponsorship agreement, you first have to apply to HCB here and then hop on a call with HCB staff. After that, we will send out our fiscal sponsorship agreement.
For those under 18:
If you are under 18 and are creating a fiscally sponsored organization, we will need a parent/guardian to co-sign the fiscal sponsorship agreement with you. If this is a problem or if you have any questions about this process, contact the HCB staff.
