What do I do if my HCB card gets lost, stolen, or expires?

If your card is lost or stolen, please get in touch with the HCB team (hcb@hackclub.com) as soon as possible. In the meantime, please burn your card within the HCB dashboard. You can do this by clicking on the card, and then selecting Burn.

If your card expires, you can issue yourself a new card through the HCB dashboard— HCB cards do not auto-renew when they pass their expiry date. If this card is physical, please cut the card and dispose of it.
